Hey, Jenni, we all fall off our wagons. I’m off right now for probably similar reasons; working full time, doing costumes for Fame at my school, spending time on weekends away, golf, you name it… And here I am 66 years old; you’d think I’d learn. But - and this is the big BUT - I am happy. Life changes, sometimes things pile up and others get behind, but next week it will all be different. So, as you so wisely say, enjoy the ditch for a bit.
And CONGRATULATIONS on your job. Jillie told me about it and it sounds so interesting and worthwhile. I think it’ll help with the ditch.

Wendy- I will be posting about the new job soon. But what the heck-I’ll spill the beans now…I have just begun working for our local Conservation Authority. I am assisting with their educational program which has been incredible so far. Although they are responsible for quite a large watershed area, I am lucky enough that the offices are local so I even get to bike to work!

As you’ve read, the downside is my messy house and my lack of time to post blogs. I’m going to have to sit down and do some serious time-management scheduling! I want to make sure I leave time for the family as well!

I have two little ones and I KNOW they conspire against me! I would prefer a spotless home and they would prefer a messy home… we meet in the middle.
